Area – 10,000 sq. ft​A contemporary courtyard house exhibiting modern living.​The aim was to create a well lit and airy  plan to facilitate privacy for the family amongst the busy site location and adjacencies. Private spaces opening up to the courtyard space internally connects the internal spaces of all levels in-spite of the house being in three levels.
